BUILDING EMPLOYEE LOYALTY IN THE DIGITAL ERA AND PANDEMIC (STUDY AT THE TECHNICAL IMPLEMENTATION UNIT OF THE SOUTH SULAWESI PROVINCE FOOD CROPS AND HORTICULTURE PROTECTION AGENCY)

Organizational phenomena that are still being faced coordination and consolidation, different qualifications of human resources, large work areas, the lack facilities (technology) assistance for community. The purpose this study was conducted to develop variables influence Loyalty in Digital Age COVID-19 Pandemic, Observers Plant Pest Organisms (POPT) South Sulawesi Province. research method uses Mix Method determine relationships influences between variables, with 200 respondents. Selection sample using judgment sampling data collection a questionnaire. Data is processed Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) LISREL SPSS. results showed Human Resource Management variable had most on building loyalty. Overall Practices, Motivation, Communication, have positive significant effect Job Satisfaction, but has greatest job satisfaction communication variable. Meanwhile, stress negative
